Slingshot 860jake (Jake)5I had problems with my bank .so I closed out the account this morning. After waiting there for 1hr to speak with the manager. I walked Into santander this bank is close to my house. With in a few moments after seating down I was greeted by Laura. She helped me out in a timely matter. She said that her manger likes to meet with any one who opening a new account. So she went in the back got her manger who was also polite. Good service is hard to find how this manger likes to meet new people shows she cares about the people asked me if I had any other questions.. So my 1st experience was nice. All the staff was nicely. The place was clean as well. So I give them 5 stars. Hopefully I don't have to swich banks again. If they treat evey one this nice eveytime I am going to stay here for a long time..
