      This global bank has managed to create a community branch in Brookline Village that works beautifully. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, the staff feel like neighbors.       If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The manager Ken was the worse person in the world, did not help and acted like he didn't even want to try to help me. It also looked like he treated his staff horribly. I love Santander but I will NEVER go to this one again, now I know why there are never any lines there.
