  There is a female teller that has NO Costumer service what so ever. She was very rude. Saw us standing outside for a good few minutes. She looked at us did but did not acknowledge us. No greetings. She also looked bother for us to be there, seems lazy to work. I know that Covid has made things more complicated. But some things can't really be done online.

  Called for information on the PPP. Woman had no idea what I was talking about; sat on hold for 10 mins and then was disconnected. How can anyone in the banking industry never have heard of a 375B loan that your bank is participating in?

  Great staff, no wait, and transactions are quick and secure. They don't do what many banks try with regard to pressuring you to open an account of other stuff
