  I really like the San Francisco Federal Credit Union. The staff are invariably helpful, and the call center is able to handle most problems rapidly. They helped me solve a Quicken export problem most recently.

  I had to make a deposit and get cash, etc. and was missing some vital information and my card - this was a while back, maybe a yr ago (early covid) - but, instead of making life miserable and having to go back home these folks found a quick and easy way to accommodate my needs. And, every time, I've had to go in this branch for some reason, which isn't that often as I don't live in the City, so they are not familiar w\ me - they have been helpful, courteous and professional. Thanks!

  I love my San Francisco Federal Credit Union, even after my family moved to Pismo Beach, CA. They have a super easy to use online banking system and mobile application. The functionality is all you will ever need and their customer service is 5 star.

  I have always experienced excellent service at this location. The staff are helpful and friendly and I've never had to wait more than 5-minutes.
