  They are very nice and go out of their way to help you. I was wanting to boost my credit score and they helped me out by giving me a start over loan and are easy to work with

  I felt the lady i spoke with was very unprofessional when i asked her a question. Professionalism is hard to find now these days. This would be my 2nd time paying off my loan with them you would think they would be a little nicer and helpful for doing business with them. Just felt very disrespected and low graded.

  I was a very loyal customer with them they decided to repo my car for one month past due and are still reporting on my credit as open I had told them I called to make my payment for October and November at the beginning of November and had told me they were picking up the car and they did so, so I have submitted to the better business bureau so this can be taking off my credit.
