  Sam is the best you can ask for. I am an entrepreneur with two businesses in San Diego. I had the hardest time qualifying, because like most small business owners, we tend to write a lot off. Sam knew the details in the underlying guidelines and he was able to get us qualified for our first home, no problem! Maybe it's more for business owners, but listen when I tell you that an experienced loan officer MATTERS! You won't regret working with Sam. He is very knowledgeable and it wouldn't hurt to give him a call to see how he can help you!

  Sam has been of excellent help to me while I was in the process of buying a house for the very first time. He was always so pleasant and easy to talk to. He always had my best interests in mind and treated me fairly. He was patient with me and explained everything I didn't understand without making me feel incompetent. I would definitely recommend him and use him again in the future Sam surely made the stressful process of buying a house manageable.

  Sam was one of 7 lenders that we took a serious look at to provide the loan for our first home purchase. He was highly recommended by trusted friends that recently chose him as a lender. We decided we could trust Sam very early in the process. We chose Sam because every interaction with him showed that he focused on what we told him we cared about. In our case, it was our budget for monthly payment of principal, interest, taxes, and insurance. The other lenders focused on the estimated maximum loan amount we came up with based on our math very early in the process, despite us emphasizing our focus on monthly payment and despite interest rates changing drastically from when we came up with the estimated loan amount. Sam also provided detailed loan estimates with explanatory videos that made them easy to understand. He was also very responsive to the multitude of first time home buyer questions we had. He spent a lot of time on us before we formally chose him as our lender. Critically, he was very responsive when we started making offers in a very competitive market. I’m completely convinced that we made the right call in choosing Sam as our lender.

He brings a unique charisma to each call and this is so helpful when you’re talking about large amounts of money and the home loan process.
