  After buying a house with my husband, I worked very closely with Ori to set up a new account with Salem Five now that our mortgage was with them. Ori was very personable, professional and skilled in his position. He was also very attentive/timely in answering my questions and making sure the process of opening my account went smoothly! I had a great experience working with him and I know he will be helpful in the future if needed as well. Thank you Ori and Salem Five!

  They have always made sure to help me everytime that I have gone in. The extreme helpfulness of the staff is the main reason that I switched-over to the them. The bank I had in the past was just getting too unprofessional, so I walked up the street to the Salem Five Bank, I haven't been happier nor had nary a complaint with them.

  I am a small business owner who needed PPP funding during the Convid 19 pandemic to keep my staff on and business going. Bobby Hanson and his team at Salem Five were nothing short of incredible. He was informative, supportive and replied to every question/request immediately. I could not have asked for better support and service during this stressful time. Your banker is important and I am thankful that Mr. Hanson is part of my team at Falmer.

  UPDATED: Branch manager and complaint manager followed up several times, complaint manager was especially kind and helpful. Most importantly I eventually got my marriage license back. Terrible experience at this branch. This branch lost my marriage license, insisted that they returned it to me and then found it after I left the property. They never gave me the option to come in to get it, said they mailed it but I still don't have it a week later. Their solution was apologizing and saying it was an "unfortunate situation".

  My experience with this bank was an absolute nightmare. I spent hours on the phone trying to retrieve my money. They make a bunch of "mistakes" then hold your money hostage. Customer service did nothing but fight me tooth and nail while I fixed their wrongdoing. Be for warned you'll be spending hours on the phone with this bank. Never ever ever will I do business with them again.
