  Great local bank based on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Fast, friendly service in this (Tewksbury) location and also North Andover. (I haven't been to other locations.) This banking institution is an amazing breath of fresh air compared to the Mega-banks with their long wait times and impersonal service. I really hope Salem Five doesn't get swallowed up by a bigger bank. They are perfect just the way they are!

  Melody Anoli-Marcotte is top notch ! She spent so much time helping me get out of financial credit card debt . With her help I was able accomplish that and refinance my mortgage with Salem Five! I was able to get a lower rate and take out some money to put siding on my house . I am truly grateful for her time and energy . Above and beyond the call of duty!

  Zach at Salem Five is awesome! The level of customer service I received was exceptional. I highly recommend banking with Salem Five, not only is the entire staff friendly and know what they are doing but the Bank in general has a lot to offer that most don't.

  Seriously could not be more happy than I was today!! Sat down with Melody for a total of 15 minutes and she was able to pinpoint which areas on my credit report needed the most attention. She works with you to get you closer towards your financial goals. She's super efficient and gets to the point. I had a list of three creditors to contact, got the answers I needed and in a matter of an hour, I had finally figured out why I have struggled so hard for no reason. I'd highly recommend Melody from Salem5 Bank in Tewksbury for any of your personal finance goals. She also helps my business partner and I who are a year into our business make better choices for our financial future. Thank you Melody for always being so positive, pleasant and helpful!   So far, so good. Best bank I’ve ever done business with. Everyone is always happy to see you. It’s like walking into family. Can’t wait to do other types of business with them. They have lots of services.

  Ever since this bank has bought Sage bank I’ve had nothing but issues. From my debit card , direct deposits , payments , to my online banking ,and even with my deposits . This has been the worst transition I’ve ever had & I wish Salem Five never brought Sage Bank . First thing in the morning I’m cancelling this account and heading over to Jean Dearc. I’ve never had so many issues in such a short amount of time. I’ll never recommend this bank to anyone.Im quite disappointed. I stayed with Sage for so long because they bent over backwards to do whatever they could help. The branch is full of people I don’t know and policies that I never had to deal with before and I’m over it.

  This is by far the best bank I’ve ever done business with. Employees really seem to care about making sure that customers are aware of all the products and services they offer. Kudos to Melody Anoli for always going the extra mile.
