  Had to stop into this TD branch to replace a lost ATM card. Being from Philadelphia it is nice that TD Bank offers on the spot replacement ATM cards, but what TD Bank needs to do is make their managers understand that when they are understaffed not to sit and shot the breeze with someone while customers are waiting. The manager did this in that branch, luckily the tellers pointed me to a branch down the road because neither of them (2 on staff) knew how to make the on the spot ATM cards. Which struck me as strange as all of the TD bank staff in Philly knows how to produce the ATM cards, so needless to say I was angry and upset. My advice avoid this branch and head the 3 miles extra down 38 south to the next branch (It is behind the Walgreens pharmacy)

  Terrible, ATM is always down. Employees have no idea what's going on. Manager has to come over for every transaction.. go to a credit union
