  Buying a home is very overwhelming. Mr. Ellis explained every step of the way. Mr. Ellis bent over backwards to accommodate mine and husband's unconventional work schedules. Mr. Ellis also showed caring and compassion when we were a week from closing and had an unforseen family emergency. I believe we made the right choice in St. Charles Mortgage.
