  The girl who help me was Minerva, can't say enough of how helpful and patient she was. I usually would go into your Maywood office but she walked me through everything online. . Please thank her again for me. Customer service is everything I worked for a major Airline and that is what makes the difference for us.

  Ty is great! I was having a bad day yesterday and wasnt sure if i needed the money or not after speaking with Ty she made me feel completely compfortable and also assured me i could always come back and take out more money if i need to. Honestly it is so hard to find people who genuinely enjoy what they do and helping others, she was really helpful as well as being articulate.

  I called to inquire about the hours, to obtain a loan. The lady that answered the phone (Brittany) clearly didn't want to be at work. She was rude, I wish I could have given her zero stars. Someone needs to let her know that without customers she wouldn't have a Job.
