  We bank with them and for some of last year and all of dis year people been scamming our account and safe federal credit union let it we stay far away from the bank. But gave we yet got our money back or any help with getting it back no we have not. Wr done lost over a few thousands and all they can say is we can lock your card and send a new one out what about our money we got took out yall business.

  New member here and I HATE IT! I closed my account after two weeks banking here. But, what I do know is that Safe mobile banking app is terrible. Customer service is good but it depends on who you speak with when needing to make a physical appearance. Otherwise, I just really think the app needs more fixing. It seems like the app only works good on weekdays and not weekend's. It's very frustrating! If you're big on using the mobile banking app don't even think about banking here.

  Waited in line for 45 minutes before I just left them went to another branch hoping it would be better and had the same thing happen they need to think about there costumers and hire more people
