  I was lucky enough to have met Ryan at an open house and from then I decided he was going to be my real state agent. After that I continued to be in touch with him and he has helped me found and bought two homes in a 5 years period of time. He is extremely knowledgeable in the San Diego area and has amazing customer service, he is so professional but at the same time so friendly that it's easy to work with me. He's been giving me input to manage to get a hold of the homes I wanted in a competitive buying market! I highly recommend Ryan to others as I have had the best experience these two times with him and If there is a third, for sure he'll be my agent!

  Yeadude... Ryan is legit. Ryan is a professional, always had our best interest and gave his opinion that we really did appreciate. Looking for our first home we had some goals and knew when something didn't feel right. After many bids on places we finally zeroed in on a house and Ryan immediately reached out to the selling agent. Today, my wife Jill and I live in the home of our dreams in North Clairemont. My wife has her own master bathroom, we have an oversized lot to garden, we have an owl house with an active family of owls and, and... I digress. From experience, I highly recommend Ryan. He will do what he can to assist in finding your new home. Totally!!!

  Our first home purchase was very difficult. It was a short sale with 4 banks involved. We were in escrow for some 500+ days. Ryan Singh was determined to help us buy this house. He very assertively helped us negotiate around some very stubborn bank representatives. And there were other issues. One of the banks involved went bankrupt. Two of the banks were arguing amongst themselves about some $3000 and they were holding up the sale approvals process. Also, one of the banks misplaced our file. It was a mess. We had apparently picked the most difficult sale possible, but Ryan was patient. His problem solving skills worked through the chaos and suddenly we had the keys in our hands and we were in denial (still kinda are) And during the process, every question I texted got a quick response, every email was promptly answered. It was very easy to speak with him over the phone. Ryan was professional. I'd recommend him to a friend!
