  Ryan was the BEST POSSIBLE, go-to source for all of our mortgage needs! We worked with a couple different brokers to start out and quickly found out that Ryan was ahead of the pack, and passionate about helping us reach our goals.   THE GREATEST! After inquiring about using my VA home loan to purchase a house after several years of renting in San Diego, I was going to continue renting after being told by several other lenders I needed to wait until my credit improved. Ryan was the ONLY ONE to insist that he could help us in our dream of becoming homeowners, and after a little over 2 months, we found a house and he delivered on his promise and my family and I are now moving into our first home ever!   Ryan did a fantastic job for us when we moved back to Calif. He is great to work with because he is very knowledgable about the mortgage industry and goes above and beyond to get you the best rate available. We were under the gun to get a mortgage quickly so that we could avoid additional monthly storage fees for our furniture and Ryan and his loan processor managed to get our loan turn around in record time. Ryan is very easy to work with and I recommend Ryan to everyone and if/when we need more financing we will be going through Ryan.

  Its a pleasure to work with Ryan. He has now helped me twice with my house purchase. The first time I was a first time home buyer and with Ryan I found a good mentor who was calm and patient about all my doubts. He guided me all through the escrow process. For the second house, I thought I'll try a different mortgage officer, but soon found out the difference between Ryan and the other guy. Bottom line is that Ryan is passionate about what he does and he connects to his clients needs, works with them and gets them the best offer. He follows up with us and keeps us on the right track.   Very happy with my experience with working with Ryan. I didn't have any experience with buying real estate or the mortgage process. Finally found a place that fit our needs. The seller that was moving and looking to close fast. Ryan was great at communicating to me what needed to be done and when. He was always available to answer questions and keep me informed on the stuff I wasn't familiar with. The process was smooth and I will definitely stick with Ryan if I get the chance to purchase real estate again.

  Thanks to Ryan & his team at C2 Financial we have refinanced our home! Ryan was referred to me by a good friend who is also in the industry.
