As a business partner, they have been extremely professional and know how to set proper expectations and more importantly, how to deliver on those expectations. Would highly recommend reaching out to the team if you're interested in applying for a loan, even if you might not qualify elsewhere.

  I was very nervous and unsure of what I was doing when I decided I wanted to look for real estate in Miami, but Joe Nichols of Ruulio Mortgage made the process very easy and he even helped me undue some of the stupid mistakes I had made trying to do things with another company.   The absolute best mortgage company that we have ever worked with. My husband and I have dealt with many mortgage folks in financing or refinancing of our homes and these guys were the most professional, most honest, and the most knowledgeable of them all. My husband and I will always recommend these guys to our closest friends and families or anyone we care about. As for those we don't care about, we're going to tell them to go somewhere else because we want them to get screwed by those other guys.
