  Had a great experience purchasing a new car. Clinton Woosley was super helpful and got us exactly what I was looking for. And in a record time. We were in and out within 2 hours and that included lunch, while the paperwork was getting done.

  Excellent job by my salesman, Tom Cohen. Professional, not pushy, great information and easy to do business with. Made for a great buying experience. So good we are buying a second Maserati for my girlfriend from him this week.

  For the past 4 years, I usually give Rusnak Maserati of Pasadena a 5 star. But this time I gave 3 star because did not meet previous standards. The newly hired service advisor is inexperienced, not professional, and not courtesy at all.

  Mitch was extremely professional, polite and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist with a very important, time sensitive issue with my vehicle. He takes pride in his responsibilities with customers. Five stars!!!!

  Lorraine was super helpful and productive setting up the service appointment. Had an oil change and tire replacement for a reasonable price, the job was done correctly and the service was excellent. They also provided a loaner A4 which was great.

  Maybe one of the worst service as far as car dealerships from the sellers Koni and Giulia, especially when a customer is spending 100k for a new car. Sellers only desperately trying to give away cars without caring for customers or service. If car is no longer available they just simply disregard people without the minimum respect to follow up. Bad representatives for a company as Rusnak.

  We recommend ask for Andrew if you are taking your Maserati there. We have been going to him for four years now, and every single time he always provides timely service and professional answers. He definitely makes the experience feels a lot easier!!

  Our sales representative, Misha Basambekyan, was very professional and accommodating. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and as we waited for paperwork on our new lease, he showed us around the dealership. At no time during our visit did we feel any pressure or any of the usual salesmanship games being played by other dealerships. While we were at Rusnak, we were treated nicely by the rest of the crew and we drove away in our new car satisfied with the experience. We look forward to doing business with Misha and Rusnak again soon.
