  I used Ruoff as my lender in my recent home purchase. It was my first time but the lending staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable with the process and the app they use details everything you need so you dont feel lost. Whenever I had questions it was easy to reach the staff and my loan officer would readily make time for me. Thank you Ruoff for your assistance now and for many years to come.

  I had the pleasure of working with Katie Fox at Ruoff Mortgage. Everyone there was very helpful, but Katie was my personal loan officer and she was great! This was my first time buying a house, so needless to say I was very unsure of what was expected of me financially. Katie did a fantastic job of guiding me every step of the way. We had a few hiccups, but she was able to keep everything on track and ended up closing on the original day. She was available when I called/texted her about every little question I had. She explained things so that I actually understood how the process works. All in all, if you are looking for a lender who is on your side and will do anything to make things happen, Katie is your person!! I highly highly highly recommend her!
