  Tim and his team at Lower did a great job throughout the loan process. Tim took the time, over many phone calls, to answer many questions that I had so that we could determine the best avenue for my family to take provided our short and long term goals. Did not feel any pressure to move with anything that I was not comfortable with, which is a plus for me when dealing with something of this magnitude. I am very please with the rate and the terms of the loan and found that this company was willing to earn my business, and they did it with service, patients, and beat all their competitors on costs. I would recommend this company to a friend.

  Would definitely recommend Emily and Lower.com for your home loan needs! Emily was super informative, attentive, and competent throughout my process in discussion with her regarding a home loan. In addition, she was able to give me answers quickly with fair rates. Ultimately, I did end up having to choose a different mortgage company due to closing cost benefits; however, if not for this, I would have chosen Lower.com as my mortgage company, with Emily's help!
