  Ruoff was terrific throughout the entire home buying experience. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Michael Grove who helped us along the whole way through. His knowledge and understanding really made us feel comfortable. He was easy to communicate with and is very responsive through call, text and email. He also followed through and followed up with everything, start to finish.

  I have worked with several agents at Ruoff Mortgage, and have always had an excellent experience. They are great at keeping me and my clients informed at every stage. This gives both, my buyers and sellers peace of mind throughout the process. When they a provide a pre- approval letter for a buyer, you can be confident, that they did the work to be sure that they are indeed qualified. Recently I worked with Jan Edwards, and she was fantastic to work with!

  Honestly Cory was great! The process was smooth he kept me up to date on the process and where we were. However, I choose Ruoff because I wanted a local company to have my own and the usability of their website was amazing. Not even 2 weeks after my closing I found out they sold my mortgage to another company now I have to use an outdated website for a company that I’m just another tally. So probably won’t use them again.

They provided me a closing date and delivered that closing date. Three weeks after having a contract I was in my new home. Follow what they tell you is needed and it will be painless.   I went into Ruoff with some hesitancy, as I'd had a negative experience with an unscrupulous broker in the past. Lori listened to all of my concerns and promised to keep me informed at every step. The process went so smoothly I didn't believe it was going to work until I actually had keys in my hand. I have nothing but praise for Lori and Ruoff and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home.
