  My refinance loan went absolutely perfect!!! Bruce, Nicole and Laura were incredible in their response times. Great communication throughout the process. I would HIGHLY recommend using Hallmark Home Mortgage!!!   This was the second time using the McKinnies team at Hallmark in the last 18 months. We hadn't planned on selling our house so quickly, so we were scrambling to find a new house and get it financed. Jonathan and his team did an amazing job meeting our needs, communicating regularly and clearly, and helping us get the loan closed much quicker than originally anticipated. He was knowledgeable about several programs to enroll in to save us money through the life of our mortgage & was readily available anytime we had questions.   Duncan is rude, not very helpful and extremely unprofessional. This is our first time buying a home and he has been down right nasty with us over the phone. We understand these are hard times, and that maybe the housing markets future is uncertain. Which probably has him feeling anxiety about his future, or maybe he is just like this as a person. We went with another lender and it has been much easier and they have been much nicer to us. If you go through hallmark, do not use Duncan.

  Hallmark mortgage company was recommended by our realtor. Our experience was horrible. They went back on everything thing they said they could do. They changed the mortage terms we all agreed upon one week prior to closing leaving us no choice but to do a different type of mortage which was not the one we wanted. They required extra home owners insurance that was basically ridiculous. We put down half the value of the home we were purchasing and this was how we were treated. I would never use them again or recommend them.

  The service from the McKinnies team at Hallmark is top notch. They communicate very well, have an answer for every question and are responsive to texts, emails or by phone. Overall, they make the mortgage process seamless!

  Jonathan and Laura are the true definition of truly exceptional customer service. They made my home purchase a stress free and easy process. I was moving from out of state and was on a short time frame to find the perfect house. Once that house was found they made sure the loan process went smoothly and effective without any hiccups.   My wife and I worked with Lou Freitas to purchase our first home. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Lou was quick to respond to questions and went over everything diligently catching errors before they became problems. She was kind and personable making the intimidating process much more comfortable. I would highly recommend Lou to anyone looking to get a mortgage. I would also recommend to ask Lou to put you in touch with Pam Tice, they are a superb duo to work with.
