  I am a Realtor and I’ve worked with Ruoff for many years! They are honest, reliable, knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make the loan process smooth as possible. Nick Boucher’s originated mortgage loans for myself, my family, friends and the bulk of my buyer clients. I know if Nick’s working on a loan, he’ll (1) represent me in the finest light (2) help find the best loan product for my clients and find any incentives they may qualify for and lastly, (3) he will keep the ball rolling. No hounding or following up necessary with Ruoff. My standards are set pretty high and they are always exceeded. They get a gold stamp from me and years worth of my business.

  Nick Boucher at Ruoff is amazing! Nick has done all my mortgages and re-finances since becoming a homeowner in 2014! He makes the process so easy! Nick communicates throughout the entire process and makes it understandable for everyone! And Nick doesn't stop after the first mortgage is done. Nick is always working for you and looking out for you when rates change and how he can help save you money or reduce the time on your loan! Nick has saved me hundreds of dollars off my monthly payment that have turned in to thousands off the life of my loan! I recommend Nick for your next mortgage or re-finance.

  I've been working with Larry for about 5 years now. Simply put he's available 24/7. I can reach out to him anytime and I normally hear back from him within minutes. Communication is a priority for me when working with a loan officer. I love the "Ruoff Loan Milestone Updates" that keeps my clients and I updated on where the file is during the loan process. I highly recommend Larry and his team.

  I can't say enough about the incredible service I received from Nick Boucher at Ruoff Mortgage when applying for my home mortgage. Building a home can be a stressful process but Nick was there with me every step of the way to ensure things went smoothly and I stayed up to date on the current interest rates until it was time to close on my new home. I highly recommend you give Nick a call with all of your mortgage needs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

  I could not have had a smoother experience refinancing my home! Nick Boucher made it so easy and answered all of my questions promptly and walked me through everything I needed to know.
