  Indiana Members Credit Union Best bank in Indiana. I have used several banks, but not one of them can come to being as helpful as Indiana Member Credit Union. Ashley Staley has helped me with so many issues. My husband passed away last year unexpectantly. She helped me with personal account and with our business account.   Staff has always been great to me. Bankers are always knowledgeable and very helpful. Have much success using them as a financial institution for my money and loaning needs respectively.

  I’ve had this account since 2016 and have had nothing but problems. They are not very helpful what so ever. A couple weeks ago I tried to get on my app to see my credit card balance and it would not let me on. I was not notified that IMC had switched to another app. I called three different numbers to try to pay my bill. I decided to close my account, so I went to the Avon Indiana IMC and they told me I owed $180 before I could close my account, after I have verified with two people that I did not have a balance.

  Their ATM malfunctioned and kept my money. They didn't try at all to rectify the situation by possibility balancing the ATM or viewing cameras and just told me to file a complaint.
