  Ruoff Mortgage is by far the best lender I have every dealt with. As a local realtor having a local lender who knows what they are doing and knows how to get the job done is so important! Not only is every person that works there amazing to work with, they are also available when I need them even if it is a minor question. In today's real estate market, there is no time to delay...and I always know Ruoff is available anytime to help! I always recommend Ruoff to anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance!   Had the best experience refinancing my home through Ruoff. Melissa offers excellent customer service by answer all my crazy questions. She made refinancing easy. It was nice having a financial institution see me as a person not just an account number.
