  If I could give this place no stars I would told us we could get a small vehicle loan got everything ready and then said they couldn't do it why waste our time

  Really nice ladies and they work with you as long as you communicate and make your payments. Simple really. I see a lot of bad reviews on here but I and several other people I know have used them and never had any problems, but we all also make our payments.

  We have been a Heights customer for almost 10 years. When the Covid pandemic happened, like everyone else, it affected our finances. On top of the pandemic, job hours shifting and life in general, we had to get a new hot water heater and my husband that is a dialysis patient has to have an amputation. When we talked to the office, the lady that answered the telephone was VERY rude and unprofessional. We have never missed a payment and she acted like we was months behind. She belittled my husband with her snarky comments and acted as he was a child. When we get out from under this loan we will never go back nor will we ever recommend anyone else. I guess when I was in the office months ago and witnessed the "ladies" making fun of an older, heavy set man working as a fill in in their office, I should of known then that there was no professionalism.
