They take great care in getting to know their client, teach their client and ultimately get their client into a home which is their primary goal. I can't think of a time when they haven't hit that goal, on time, for my buyers and do it in an organized, simple, stream-lined process that makes it easy on the buyer.   We used Ruoff, through Donny Dodson and his staff when we bought our newly built ARBOR home. I've done a modest amount of house purchases over my lifetime, and this was the quickest, stress-free, purchase experience/loan experience that I've ever had. The communication between lender and buyer was top notch. Donny was very responsive and we found ourselves trusting him to do things right.   Donnie and his team worked with us during the purchase of our home. From the pre approval process through final approval, Donnie and his team walked beside us the entire way. Whenever we had questions, they were quick to respond with answers and help. We had a tricky situation going into final approval and Donnie worked with us on how to handle it to our benefit. We appreciated them so much and would recommend them to anyone!
