  Not helpful at all. The manager didn't seem to hear anything we tried to tell her. Repeatedly told us we were lying because there wasn't any proof on her end. Horrible manager. Will be taking business somewhere else.

  Had an auto loan that ended up going to Gap insurance. Bank was to busy to call gap insurance to get money but wasted no time trying to file in court. Even after being told insurance will be covering. Ended up doing their job for them and calling acting like I was the bank asking for the money to be applied to loan.
