  I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the red-carpet service I received from Lynne Kearis, and her right-hand person Jimmy DeMatteis, from Ruoff Mortgage!! I was in a not so pretty situation and needed not just a house, but a home, for me and my little dog - and I needed it quickly! Not only did these two work some absolute magic - from start to finish...my mortgage journey was completed in 15 short days!! Yes, you read that correctly - 15 DAYS ;-) Being professional, yet caring about you, as a person, not just a client, certainly goes a long way to boost confidence in any company that is lucky enough to have staff of this caliber! Thank you both, Lynne and Jimmy, for everything you did to help make my world bright again! And for giving my little dog, Camino, a safe place to conduct her neighborhood watch!

  Lynne K and her assistant, Jimmy D, went above and beyond for my husband and I! We did a cash out refinance of our current home and were very happy with the numbers. Along the way, our current lender was having extreme difficulty producing a document that we needed to close on our refinance, and thanks to Lynne and Jimmy's persistence, we were finally able to get the documentation we needed to proceed with closing. I highly recommend this team!

  Ruoff mortgage was amazing when it came to helping me get my home loan. I was having a lot of issue with another company and Ruoff came in mid loan and literally saved the day. Within a couple of weeks I had my loan and the keys to my house. I am forever grateful for Lynn and the entire company!!!

They were extremely helpful, easy to work with, and were always focused on the best interest of what my wife and I wanted. I will definitely use them again in the future!

  Ruoff Mortgage assisted me in re-financing my home when interest rates dropped in 2020. They were extremely easy to work with, and Mario specifically was very helpful with converting to a 15 year mortgage from a 30 year.
