  Are you looking to refinance your home? Or borrow money to buy your first home? I highly recommend Cori Drudge at Ruoff Mortgage. You can always apply for a big bank loan and get just an approved or deny with no interest in your future, or you can talk to a person that listens to your needs, future plans, etc. Cori can: Help lower your interest rate. Shorten the term of your loan. Convert the equity in your home into cash. Help you move from a variable rate to a fixed-interest rate loan. Reduce your monthly payments! Get rid of private mortgage insurance (PMI)! Trust me on this. Banks aren't going to sit down and help you figure out what to do to benefit you over what to do to benefit the bank.... Cori can sit down with you and talk about your goals. Explain to you how to improve your credit score if it needs work, and explain to you why even though you might want a 15-year mortgage or a 10-year mortgage, that a 30-year mortgage may benefit you more in the long run. He'll also tell you why you're putting too little or maybe too much down on that house. If you've got a variable rate mortgage, or mortgage with an interest rate higher than 4%, why aren't you talking to Cori?
