  There's unprofessional, there's really unprofessional, and then there's Mariner Finance. Fortunately, after days of waiting for them to call and having grown tired of false promises, I called Heights Finance and got the loan I was looking for in a few hours. Then they post a PR "reply" to save face. I dare you to call the "customer relations department".....You'll be prompted to leave a message every time, day or night.

  Clearly they're asking their new customers to leave them positive reviews, because nobody who's dealt with this company for more than a month would even give them 2 stars.

  Well spoke to this lady named Amanda I expressed to her that my credit was good no late payments everything in good standing. So I also explained to her that there are 2 accounts on my credit file that were fraudulent and that I have a police report to validate what happened. Clearly showing that the accounts are fraudulent so Amanda says send her the police report by email and that's exactly what I did, so when she calls me back she said that the police report wasn't enough???? Wait am I missing something here I send you what you asked and you make it seem like what you asked for is not sufficient.... sounds like personal finance is definitely not into personally working with potential customers. So the end result it I got approved by another company.

  The staff was right on top of everything and helped me out with a lot they are knowledgeable and they know when somebody else messed up from another place and I’m very grateful to them I wish everybody there a happy holiday and good health God bless
