  Dirk was wonderful. After having a hard time with our transmission company credit union we turned to dirk who got the job done quickly and saved us over a quarter of a point on our mortgage. I never thought a national company would treat me better than my credit union. I will recommend Dirk and Ruoff to friends and family in the future.
