  This place will try to get as much money out of you as possible. Had transmission work done, charged me over double what I was quoted at. Claimed to replace parts that I had installed prior to going there. If one word can describe this place it’s sketchy. Avoid at all costs.

  Rubio's is the only place I would bring my daughter's 2007 Subaru Forester to because she needs special parts when it needs to be fixed. The staff go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Rosie is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She treats you like you are family! I would highly recommend anyone to Rubio's for quality service! Thank you.

  I bought a Lotus Esprit from Doug there the end of December. It was listed as being in "Exceptional condition". I bought it online which I have done several times before, BUT from other dealers. I was told it was in fantastic condition. I pay for it and send a flat bed to pick it up. Get it home and it wont stay running. Engine is skipping and stalling out. Get it off the truck and the drivers side from brake is stuck on. I am barely able to get it in the garage. Plus there is a large crack in the windshield. So I would say stay far away from these folks. They lied about the condition and sold me barely running and unsafe car. Typical scammers you certainly would not want to buy from, especially online.

  Had an older car that needed some work done. Brought it in got a price worth more then the car itself around 3k to get it running. Decided to get another opinion in Riverhead. Riverhead mechanic took one look replaced a part for 200 and I was on my way. Car is still running to this day lol. story from a couple years ago

  If I could give this place a worse rating, I would. This place is extremely overpriced and will add unnecessary things to your bill. They WILL take your money. I have had multiple people I know go here and get one price, and go back to pay it and it’s 10x than what was originally told to them. I am a young college student and I was smart enough to know that I got scammed. They do not call or communicate with you about an update or your car repairs. All I want to do is warn others about what happened to me. Please do yourself a favor and save money by going somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!

  DO NOT COME HERE FOR INSPECTIONS they will try to find something wrong and up charge you. Went there for a simple inspection, dropped off my car. When I came back they told me it failed for windshield wipers and told me they put new ones on and charged my $60 for them. I did not consent to the new wipers and they told me if I wanted a refund to put on my own wipers which were $40 cheaper they would rip off my inspection sticker.

  Rubio Premier Motors is a very good and well organized business that knows what they're doing. I highly recommend you bring your car here to be serviced you will not be disappointed in the hard work they do.

  We rented a moving van for quote of $19.95, we ended up with a $89.00 bill.I don't think that's honest, the lady said we should have read the fine print. I felt humiliated by her nastiness and sarcasm.
