  I had just gotten off work and needed to grab some cash for lunch tomorrow. Arrived at this location a couple minutes too close, with my slip and ID ready to go. Step in the door and some guy runs across the room, forces me out, and locks the door. I get it was near closing, but it wasn't 6 yet when I entered the building and working 3 more minutes wouldn't have hurt them.

  I really enjoyed using RCU until they charged me $1,000 for insurance on my car even though I already had insurance with a different company, which was verified with RCU months before they charged me. Edit- after many, many calls we were able to figure everything out. It was frustrating at the time, but everything worked out.

  My girlfriend called me crying because this place was so rude to her practically told her she was a nobody.. and she is very far from that we will be switching banks ASAP!! Don’t recommend this bank at all unless you are PERFECT in every way!

  We needed to make some account changes and came in very close to closing. The staff was very helpful and we didn't feel rushed at all. Everything was taken care of in a very friendly and professional manner.

  Of all the credit unions I've been to (one) this is the best. Ever. Of course the sample size is on the small size in this study.
