  Very very friendly staff. I really can't find anything I can complain about regarding this branch. Clean, helpful, they even have cookies from time to time. Oh yes, one thing they need to install is public restrooms. Other than that I love the place !

  They will issue fees to which you are not entitled and refuse to make good. They will hold funds just because you deposited them at an ATM instead instead of at a window. Their system will often show an available balance different than what you see in your app. If the other credit union around wasn't even worse, I'd jump ship.

  With all the banks your building you would think you would have enough people to answer phones without being on hold for 30 min. or without having a call back. I have time to talk when I call not whenever someone gets around to calling me back. Terrible customer service.

We also recognize how important it is to continue to serve all our Members in all available channels.   Called the local Osceola 294# branch I thot was, 6 miles away from my home. Again tho, i ended up getting I believe this office? All fine... A woman named Barb, spent almost hour on fone with me. Listening to me, and h lping me retrieve documnts, checks acct info i needed. Few requests I asked for. If even 5 minutes to request, on a "normal call". But "Barb" listened to me, over 55 minutes, thru my tears and why needed and what dealing with still, my mtgs accts, etc since my Childrens Dad died in December, and still trying to settle lots. Accts, Real Estate etc. She polietlty only listened, mostly. As call got longer, what I needed, I again in tears, taking longer, mini meltdown... long day on fone again, She was patient, listened, OVER ABOVE AND BEYOND, customer Service... Small town living in Western Wisconsin... Not always about a call for acct balance... And last month, Shannon, mtg broker in local office here RCU, in Osceola, graduated with, and remembered my grown children and fam, same patience. Couldnt help due to current crisis, but listened, and gave me #s to call bcuz RCU couldnt with my mtgs and trying to settle our estate right now and what all rite now I was RCU, in St Paul MN on Maryland St, (Realtors Credit Union then, our MPS board NN WWI, in same bldg) when I was broker Real Estate offices here in W Wisc, in St Croix Falls, Anery, Osceola. C21 and Edina RE Hudson, Edina MN. So, now I retired, and need help... can't find now to liquidate, and settle affairs. But, Barb, and Shannon recently, could not have helped more... Small town living, local banks... to just even share my grief, listen, and suggest what nxt to do. Thankyou...
