  I set to shop for mortgages with rocket and quicken (that's where people without a lot of real estate experience like me start). I got set up with someone started the process, but had a lot of questions that weren't getting answered. I got hooked up with Roy from Loan Simple and it was immediately evident how much difference a local, experienced loan originator makes. Roy was always available to answer my numerous questions, stayed in contact during the entire process, and was extraordinarily helpful. He and his team at Loan Simple made the entire process very smooth for me and I really appreciate the ability to reach out at any point with questions. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a new mortgage.
