  I seldom write reviews, but I am compelled to for Roxanne York Real Estate, and in particular, Roxanne York. I can't be more genuine when I say that Roxanne is a truly experienced professional and incredibly experienced in the area market. It was really valuable having that experience working for us as buyer's agent. Her advice had incredible level of detail - well water quality in one part of town vs. another, tax rates, water depth, tree ordinances, etc. Roxanne was easy to reach, especially by email and took the time to get to know us and what we wanted. She is a delight to work with, is straightforward, and very well connected to the area's businesses and agencies. Her advice and expertise went beyond what was needed to complete the transaction. Roxanne made sure that the property was "us" and she nailed it.
