  I just bought my first car here and Mike Hanlon made it one of the most stress free and easy to understand processes I’ve ever been through. He made sure I understood every step, answered every question I had, and honestly explained the financial steps to me. I would highly recommend buying a vehicle through them!

  I had the pleasure of working with Mr.Hanlon while shopping for a new car. My credit was garbage, still owed money on a totaled car, but Mike was able to help!!!! We looked at a couple SUV's that fit our budget without breaking the bank, and he had me driving away in a vehicle that loved. Very nice and professional staff, and it was nice to not feel rushed or hurried into buying anything, and they made sure to answer questions or concerns before I signed anything. All around a great group of folks.

  I wanted to take the time and give a special thank you to Mike Hanlon and the the team at RSC. After going through a challenging financial hit in 2018 and having a vehicle repossessed, Rowe came as a well respected recommendation to getting wheels back on the road. Although Mike inherited my account, his integrity, professionalism and open-door availability has made a world of difference with my experience. The team over there is also top notch. I’ve always been treated with kindness, respect and all of them have been more than accommodating with the occasional issues which arose during my loan term. I’m also very pleased that with the help of Mike, I’ve now been able to pay off the loan and get into a new vehicle.   Bought a car yesterday. Mike Hanlan was our salesperson. He went above and beyond to get the best deal possible. We are very satisfied with all aspects of the process. We give our experience 5 stars because there isn't 6!

  Just bought a car here they have been great. They advised me to take the car to my own mechanic which I did they found a couple of problems.Rowe fixed them no questions asked .Gave me a loaner car to. Got a 3yr 36000 mile warranty with the car .They also report to the credit bureau so if you want to imptove your and get a good used car remember its a used car theis is the place to go. Mike Hanlon was great to work with

  see you in court I have screenshot of 1 repo added 2 times to my credit report 18 months apart for 2 different amounts. Added as a repossession every single month for the last 19 months. car sat on lot for 5 months when I called to see what they did with the car while sitting in their lot looking at it they told me they sold it at auction for 500 dollars. What they didn’t say is that an employee bought the car and it sat there almost a year. I gave the car back January 7th 2020 They didn’t stop charging me for late weekly payment for 5 more months in May 2020 until I called and confronted nick about it. I already bought a new car 2 days before giving it back. Don’t buy the warranty it doesn’t cover engine failure in turbo cars. They don’t tell you that though. Jokes on you, guess who gets to sit down with a lawyer and the credit bureaus tomorrow. Jeremy and nick are liars. Looking forward to shutting your business down if anyone reading this want to hop on a class action suit let me know. Try to lie with photos jeremy.

  After totaling a vehicle and being turned down by every other dealership, mike made things happen. Very quick and painless. After a short time I was in a quality reliable vehicle and couldn’t be any happier. If you need a car and get turned down mikes your guy.

  I was welcomed in by friendly faces ( including the cutest English Bulldog mascot—Tonka) and left with a car! In the first 30 mins I was test driving vehicles and in an hour I owned a new used vehicle. Thank you Mike and Darcy! You were lovely, very helpful and upfront and I look forward to working with you guys on this new ride. Thank you for listening to me and most of all, your honesty— you made this little lady’s day!
