  I call them to help me with to refinance to lower interest. and I spoke with David Derreck. he was very unprofessional because he started the process but never follow up with me on how things are going. I call him back and leave a couple of messages asking to let me know the status on the application but no response or call back from him. it had passed 4 weeks and I haven't hear nothing from him. very disappoint because freedom has carry my loan for many years and was satisfied with them until now.

  I couldn't be more happy with our experience with Emily during our refinance. She was quick to get back to us with information and different options. And once we decided to go forward, she walked us through the process and made sure that everything was going smoothly and was there to answer any questions.   Don Petty, with Freedom Mortgage coordinated two home loans for us now. He goes above and beyond to make it happen! Both processes were complicated. He walked us through both loans, and made sure we understood every step of the way! Don Petty is the only lender I would reccommend!

  Joe and Cyndie are simply fantastic. Joe is truly wonderful to work with and he makes the entire home financing process very easy to understand. His spreadsheets make the entire process extremely transparent. Cyndie is always pleasant and very helpful whenever I call. We always recommend Joe to everyone we can. I have kept in touch with Joe every few months since our original purchase, just to see how the market is doing. As a result, he has helped us refinance our home twice since our original purchase, which he also worked with us on. In the past four years, we have come to Joe and his team three times...he is that good.
