  Best Bank in town. Michelle, Rita and staff are the best. I have bank with them since the 60’s. They have taken care of several complicated problems I have had in the past few years. Always friendly and helpful.

  Horrible experience and waste of time. Everything started out great with very friendly staff. Unfortunately the banker that was helping me was unable to answer at least 4 of my questions about the checking account. After agreeing to everything and spending between 45-60 minutes with the banker, I was denied the option to open a bank account do to a background check they performed without my permission. If she would have just asked and qualified me from the beginning she would have saved all of us a lot of time. Very disappointed and strongly suggest no one go to this bank.

  First of all, the majority of the employees at this bank that I interacted with were noticably kind and quite professional. But the fellow and his female supervisor who opened a checking account for me are the worst kind of liars. They told me when I was seeking to open a checking account that the one free of service charges that I was qualified for, was no longer available or offered by the bank. Liars! I found out that it was still obtainable. So I closed the account that these two unconsciounable sleazes had set up in my name. The greed and deception of those two miserable malcontents have cost Provident all of my future business.

  Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Rates are good, but what they put you through in processing is unbelievable. Took three and half months to close a loan that was 50 percent of value. So in to detail that they miss the point of servicing the borrower. If you need a stroke then try this lender. Their advertising says " faster closing loans." Don't believe it.

  Worst mortgage bank ever. Horrible underwriting practices. They take of advantage working people by giving bad loan rates compared to competitors. They take forever to send final loan documents and take even longer to fund a loan. Stay away!! Worst experience for buying a home. Stay away. If your real estate broker or agent say they have worked with them and it's ok, do not take their word for it. Stay away. There are better options avalible if you look around.

  My employer is a customer here... every so offten paper check are cut due updates, peoples accounts whatever reason. They give us cashiers checks from this bank. This bank charges my employer for these cashier checks to be printed, then in turn want to charge us the holder of checks $12 to cash it... so your gettings fees from both ends... rude staff. Never a suggestion of opening an account... AWEFUL EXPERIENCE will be contacting management at work of these practices
