  Freedom Mortgage offered the lowest APR for VA mortgage refinance which represents a money-saving. Their team demonstrated being knowledgeable and in overall received a professional service with every representative involved on my account; however, as a constructive critique I will say that too many individuals were involved in my application and sporadically received requests from multiple representatives for the same document(s). Also, many times documents were requested one at a time as opposed to requesting everything needed at once. Other than that, I recommend Freedom Mortgage.

  As a realtor, I depend on the lender to do their part. Freedom Mortgage did everything expected from them and exceeded my expectations. Great communication, answered my calls or return my call quickly and gave us the clear to close in about 24 days. Freedom mortgage made my job as the realtor much easier!!

  BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! My experience with refinancing with Freedom Mortgage has been horrible. They misrepresent the fees, renege on rates quoted the day before closing and fail to return calls! It's always the same thing. You get a call from someone that cannot answer your questions. Then you ask for the right person and they never return a call. I have been approved by underwriting for weeks now and they still cannot tell me my APR! It seems like a fly-by-night organization, loosely organized.

  This is by far the worst bank experience I’ve ever had. I have had to call and prove I have flood insurance three times. They have not saved my paperwork once and keep reapplying their own flood insurance. Which increases my payment 200$ every time.

  RUN! Do NOT go with this company. They contacted us to refinance the loan we had with them to a lower rate. Great, except 1) we never received our final Disclosure documents prior to signing (even though I called multiple times) and shocker, the figures were different at the time of signing. 2) they still took out their auto-pay on the original closed/paid-off loan (did I mention it was already paid-off?) and are stalling/refusing to return the $2200 taken claiming 'they aren't really sure they took the funds' despite me providing bank statements and even statements from their online system showing they received the funds and they are sitting with them, unable to be allocated (because it's a paid off loan). 3) I've had a few customer service folks tell me the error is our fault. They say we should have gone in & stopped their system's auto-pay. Lovely advice with one huge flaw. Because the loan is closed/paid-off, I can't access anything payment related on their system. Why? Because the loan is CLOSED/Paid-Off! Freedom Mortgage, may I suggest you fix your own system so that it does not take out a payment when a loan is closed since you are no longer owed money? Just a common-sense thought....I don't know what is going on over there, but this I can only suggest consumers RUN!

  Jennyffer Kurz was an absolute dream to work with. Relocating from California to Florida, and being a First time home buyer I had a lot of concerns and a lot of questions as to how things worked.   Christine, has to be rated as the absolute best, advocate. She keep me posted and explained in detail why everything was being done. She took time to listen to my concerns.
