  I think that caliber home loans is the best way to go when you are going to buy a home . Wil is the best!! Since the first meeting we had with him, he was confident that he could help us with buying our new home and closing in about 17 days , that's exactly what he did . He made sure everything was quick and went smoothly. I loved all his team members as well they all worked together and always were updating us on how the process of everything was going. I really loved his office, very nice decor and love his wall of quotes . Very motivating :) So overall I must give it 5 who knew brokers could work so fast ;)

  Will, and his team are simply the best. They helped us buy our first home and get over obstacles other banks said no to. Caliber Home loans try unlike most other brokers who want everything handed to them on a plate. Some people may get upset if the loan didn't turn out their way, they must understand there is only so much one can do. I highly recommend will and his staff if their is anyway they can get you into a home they most certainly will. Extremely knowledgeable I'd venture to say there is no one better.

  If you are purchasing or refinancing, I would recommend Wil Reguera and his team. Wil has a team which means he can quickly compile and process your loan while providing you his valuable insight on the lending process. As a title agent, it is important for us that Lenders are able to get a client to closing quickly like Wil does with his clients. Wil's team consistently gets the job done quickly which makes the process easier on everyone in the transaction.

  An awesome experience all around! As a new home buyer, I cannot say enough great things about Wilfredo Reguera and his professional team at Caliber Home Loans at Coral Gables. I had to go through a couple of bad brokers until I found Wilfredo and his team. Other broker just beat around the bush and take about 30 to 90 days to close – they just look after their interest and try to lock you down with their highest interest possible. Wil and his team got my first home in 17 days and got me the best interest rate as possible. I physically saw him running around to get my rate approved with underwriters. Also the communication is phenomenon not only you get automatic status point but he is available for calls and emails. I am extremely satisfied with the work he (and team) put in for me and you can guarantee I will be recommending them to future buyers! THANK YOU WILL and Caliber Team!

  Simply amazing. Wilfredo and his team were so helpful. Since day one we were able to touch base and we were all on the same page regarding what we needed and our expectations. Any loan process is not something fun but these guys made it as easy as it could be. Would definitely work with them again and recommend them to any friend. Our closing was SO FAST and we got a great rate. Thanks Wil :)!

  If I could give a zero stars I would. I have been inquiring about a refinance since January 2018. May 2018...... after all the trials and tribulations, they waited so long, my score ended up dropping (probably from all the times they ran my credit) and now they expect me to out of pocket over $5000 to pay down some cards when the point of the loan was to pay off my debt. I am also out $450 for an appraisal which is useless. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

  Hi, I have my loan with caliber and I do not recommend it to anyone, it is not directly with this office but in general they have very bad service and terrible customer service, even when they do not have an answer for my questions they cut me off as the agent Hugo # 28107 who answered me telling me that it was all he could do for me and I had to hang up, they are very rude and disrespectful,

  Hi Julio, I do not believe you dealt with me directly. I checked my database and your name is not there. I am sorry that you feel this way but you unfortunately chose the wrong person to deal with. This is a huge customer service business. Similar to even going to McDonald's, you can end up at a cashier that is really nice and gets your order correct, you can end up with a no so nice person that way over slats your fries.
