  I would recommend staying away from this one. Looking at the products inside, the newest of which was a 4 year old Apple watch, I got the distinct impression that this place is only for money laundering.

  Very disappointed with the treatment of service, had previously called to see if they would accept high end handbags and I was told yes. I got there and the girl acted preoccupied and when I presented the bag she proceeded to tug on the seams of my Louis Vuitton and did not even bother to look the bag up which was a $3,500 limited edition bag. Was told basically that needed proof of purchase and when presented receipt from where I had purchased it was still not good enough. Showed date stamp and even googled it and was basically still sent on. Made me feel like an absolute fraud for no reason and it was very insulting. Was a complete waste of a phone call and trip.

  The salespeople are all very personable and friendly, they have a large variety of items for sale (tools, jewelry, electronics, etc) and they are always very courteous, whether you are making a purchase, a payment, selling, or even just browsing. They are very knowledgeable, and build lasting relationships with their regulars. Roswell Pawn & Jewelry is easily the most fair to the customer pawn shop in the area, definitely the best in my experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Jamie was very helpful and proffessional and super convienient. I reached him by phone and he gave me a very generous appraisal. Went to the store and and his costomer service was superb. The store looked great with excellent merchandise. Ask for Jamie he is an honest person and very cool

  I called and asked Valerie about a product. They didn't have it but she recommended an alternative (cctv vs. baby monitor). She saved me hundreds. This was the complete opposite from what I expected from a pawn shop. I've frequented pawn shops due to their general reputation but Valerie demonstrated why I should trust her store specifically. Honesty. I will be a return customer.
