  We knew buying the house during these times could be a stressful process. However, Randy was most helpful. I could not have asked for a more knowledgeable, responsive and courteous loan officer. From start to finish, every question was answered quickly and any small issues that arose during the process were handled with ease. All of our options were laid out clearly making the transaction completely smooth and our closing took place on the scheduled date.   Exceptional, kind and professional service! This is my second refinance with Ross. They are so quick and super responsive. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and informed through the entire process which can seem scary at first but they alleviate that right away. They are very patient if you have questions and are so pleasant when speaking on the phone and through emails, it feels like you are talking to a good friend. Would highly recommend this company!!

  Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. Those are just a few traits that come to mind when I think of Nicholas Esposito’s service as our mortgage lender. My fiancée and I were starting the process of purchasing our first home, when we found Ross Mortgage. We are very happy that we went with Nick as he was always available to take our calls, and answer the many questions we had, being new to the process. Buying a home can be stressful, especially the first time around, but Nick made us feel at ease and took away a lot of that stress. He was able to answer our questions on the spot, and was patient with us when we took time to digest the info he was giving us. I can’t recommend Nicholas Esposito enough to others looking for a lender that you can trust and know will give you the best service possible.

  I had a really wonderful experience working with Derek Vocino out of the Danvers office. In addition to having the best rates out of several lenders I approached, Derek's responsiveness and ability to explain everything clearly were really exceptional. I would joke with him that he must have a clone because he would get back to be so quickly! My home buying process had the added challenge of the pandemic and a volatile market, and Derek did a great job strategizing even during such an unprecedented time. He landed me a historically low 30 year fixed rate for a home that I love, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to work with him.
