  I set up for automatic payments of 700 per month for two years so I wouldn't have to pay any interest at the end of the 0% promotional term. Some how the payment got reduced to 1/2 that amount. I luckily found out now 4 months prior to 27% interest would kick in. I do have the funds to cover it. Good thing I checked

  Do not deal with this company. I paid my monthly bill of 37.00 bucks a month and somehow they have decided to take the whole 812.00 dollars that is left to pay out the account. I called and with no explanation they refunded me the difference which was $775 but turn around 2 days later and they took the $812.00 again. Please avoid this company.

  Signed up online for loan for dental surgery. The application for the loan was approved. Get a call two days later from a Lending Club rep who speaks very broken English that my excellent credit rating does not qualify me for the promotional no-interest loan that had been confirmed on line. She tried to explain that they look at the whole picture, not just my credit, and that I would have to pay 16.99% interest for 60 months. New Post --- Called back to Lending Club. My no interest loan was approved and they are as confused as I about the phone call cited above. I will change to a three star based on that.

  Wow. Should have looked at the reviews before choosing Lending club. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service except for Meaghan. She's the ONLY reason my problem was resolved. They do not verify patient information. They will not allow co signer on loan which is important ... My husband initiated the loan but I'm the patient. They had the lower rate but I'd gladly pay a higher rate to not have to deal with rude reps who obviously does not care about the patient. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Run!

  They have the worst policies ever and are very unprofessional and the interest is way too high. I paid off my loans 11 months early to get away from them. RUN to another lender, no loyalty to their clients!!! Really disappointed.

  They are theives. I will never ever use them once my loan is paid off. Their customer service is garbage, always someone rude. They do not set up auto pay so they can set you up for failure, then charge late fees and dont assist. Had to go through my bank to keep up with the payments. TRASH. Do not get a loan, they send you to collections for missing one payment - they will destroy your credit score!!!!

  Being a customer for over 7 years, never paid late, called to see if I can combined my 2 loans at lower interest rate due to the pandemic and they are not willing to work with me.... Very disappointed, I will payoff my loans and they will lose me as a customer...

  Worst company. We have used them for years and used to sign 5-10 patients up a week with this company to finance their treatment. Will never use or recommend again. So dishonest and disgusting.

  A company that is clearly interested only in taking as much of your money as possible. Their interest-free loan suddenly vested without adequate information form them and instead of paying the remaining $1000, I had to pay $3000.

  Very unreliable. Changed my monthly plan till it hit 300 a month when I had agreed on only paying 113 monthly. They never fixed the problem.
