  We stayed at the Webb Isle Cottage. So not impressed. The picture on VRBO shows it to be bright and cheery.To start the cottage was filthy. Dirty floors dirty dishes dirty kitchen dust so thick on the ceiling fans, head board and lampshades. We contacted the office and they immediately sent someone over to see it. He was so nice and sent over his crew to do a complete cleaning on the property. We were glad that it happened. The rental company did what it was supposed to do.However my problem is with the homeowners association and the owners of the property. This place has not been updated probably since it was built. The curtains were just gross. One set didn't even reach the floor.They need to be replaced. The couch cushion cover wasn't even the pattern of the couch. It needs to be replaced. The bedspread was so old it didn't even feel clean. The tile in the bathroom needs to be regrouted. The toilet paper holder needs to be raised so when you sit it is not at the same level as where you are sitting. The 2 chairs in the living room need to be tossed they are so dirty. The whole place was just dark. A new bright coat of paint would make all the difference. Replace washer dryer as it smells of mildew.Replace the seal on the oven as it is falling off. Replace missing pieces in door of fridge as they are gone. Put some numbers on the outside of the cottage because the only way to originally find it was to activate the garage door opener. If you are going to charge top dollar for a rental it needs to be right.

  So my family rented a house for the week to get away from home to enjoy a vacation, usually we rent out the huge on the beach houses, but we have never rented here so hey first time for everything. The house as we were staying in it I’ve noticed dirty dishes in the cabinets I’m like well maybe a mistake trying to stay positive. Next day ops found a few roaches so I’m like ok 360 vacation homes don’t clean as well as they say. I rented a golf cart cause It’s Florida and there’s thousands everywhere. Woke up to go to the store found a piece of paper in the golf cart. I’m like wow to my surprise it’s a citation as I’m reading through it under the notes it states and I quote golf carts not allowed on Rosemary property. So at this point I’m confused due to the fact it’s Florida and there’s thousands everywhere and as I kept reading there’s a picture of my golf cart that I rented along with the back end of another golf cart so then I’m wondering where’s the other golf cart that was in the pic. So got in my car and left to the store and discovered the same golf cart in the pic parked at the main office of the rosemary beach rental property. So the main story is that they can use golf carts and you can’t or you get fined. Hypocrisy at its finest and it’s a $53.00 plus 3.00 admin cause they have to lift a finger to take your money. SMH.. Hypocrisy... Never coming back and lost money on a rental, roach infested house and fined. so they triple screwed me. FYI to the smart guy who fined me don’t include your golf cart in the pic as you fine somebody else for having one.

  Horrible experience. Rosemary Beach is now issuing tickets for anyone that parks improperly within their community, even if you are parked on the side of the street, with your hazard lights on for unloading. They do not issue a warning, they issue a ticket for $53. After speaking with the county courthouse, they have indicates this is not an enforceable ticket. I am moreso upset with my experience speaking with Roxanne. She waived my ticket as a courtesy, but not after being extremely rude to me on the phone. She continuously interrupted me when speaking, was very condescending and even at some points thought it acceptabkw to laugh during our conversation. As sad as this is, this is the first time anyone has been so rude to me. Typically the security staff I encounter in Rosemary is polite and customer service oriented. Roxanne truly is a horrible representative for the Rosemary Beach Community.
