      Lightening struck our house. Through our State Farm agent, we contacted Ronnie Smith builders to rebuild our house. They did an amazing job and it was done with courtesy and quality. Brandon spoke with us nearly everyday. He advised us on every choice and made sure any decisions we made were appropriate and up to code. The people working on the house seemed to care as if it were their home. When we came by to check on the progress, they treated us like they were talking to family, telling us what they were doing and explaining what we didn't understand. And always with a smile like they were glad we stopped by. When the job was finished, they weren't finished. They still wanted to be sure everything was what it should be and working correctly.       We contacted ronnie Smith builders because we were looking to make repairs on our home. Austin came out within a few days and was very polite/professional...I thought we found our contractor. Nope! It has been over two months now and we have yet to receive an estimate that was promised a week after the initial visit. We have called at least 6x and I even spoke to the office manager once who promised to investigate and get back with me only to never hear from her again. I called back after that and spoke to Austin who says he is handling other's job sites. There was always an excuse...

      This is the second time I have used Ronnie Smith Builders and they are my preferred builders and the only people I will use now. Craig Bullock is a supreme manager who lines up the work and the people he uses as sub-contractors are strictly professionals. I'm still happy with my new roof put on last year. No leaks whatsoever. For all of you active or retired military, RMS is a USAA preferred builder so you know they are fully vetted, bonded and insured. I won't let anybody else touch my house.
