  I don’t even know where to begin with Fairway. Rodrigo’s team is beyond remarkable. He went above & beyond to help me close within 48 days! He walked me through every step. Also, I remember speaking to him about 7 years ago about buying property. I followed the advice he gave me during my early 20s, and today we were able to close on an excellent deal. He’s very knowledgeable, business Savvy, and genuine. Him and his team will always be my go to for my future endeavors along with my family & friends. He will be very honest with you based on your circumstances. I recommend Fairway and Rodrigo Salazar all the way!! 5 stars isn’t enough!!!!

  Rodrigo and his team were wonderful! I am closing on my first home purchase in a week and as a first-time home buyer, I was very nervous in regard to the process, but Rodrigo and his team made the loan process seamless and stress-free. They were helpful to answer my questions and very encouraging. Highly Recommended!

  Rodrigo was extremely helpful in getting me into my home. As a self-employed, first time home buyer, I wasn’t even sure I could get approved, but he and his team took care of everything. My closing costs were lower than expected! And amazingly, I believe we closed just 21 days after the offer was accepted! Would highly recommend!

  Rodrigo and his team made my first home buying experience pretty easy and straightforward. I thought it was going to be an absolute nightmare but they were very communicative and honest throughout the whole process they didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and explain and go over things I was unsure of . I would definitely recommend them to someone I know who is looking to purchase a home .

  Working with Rodrigo was an absolute nightmare. He was pretty good at responding until I went under contract, then he wouldn’t answer calls. Emails he would take many days to respond if he even did. He gave me different numbers every time we talked. He was never straight forward about any of the costs associated. He said closing would be x amount of dollars and then the next week he was giving a different amount almost $2k more. And to top it off less than 30 days til close he said he didn’t have time for me and dropped me as a client. Very unpleasant to talk to. He would talk down to me and be passive aggressive with his commentary. Do your self a favor and look anywhere else. The fees for Fairway are also double of the other lenders I have dealt with.

  Rodrigo and his team make the prosses of buying a home stress free. Rodrigo will answer any call at any given time to answer questions someone may have. Gives personal advise on how to purchase and manage money wisely

They were super professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions, which I didn’t have many because of how I in depth they explained the process.   Rodrigo and his team did a phenomenal job on getting me to closing in an efficient, seamless, and stress-free process. Closed on time and for less cash to close than originally anticipated. Rodrigo took his time going over the whole loan process in-depth and presenting me with viable options on how to get what I was looking for.
