  The drive through ATMs are FILTHY. It’s disgusting just looking at how dirty they are. Obviously they aren’t cleaned regularly.

  Really bad service. I wabted to open an account and they would not help two times excusing themselves that an appoint is needed. When I made appointment they claimed the teller wasn't there. They would not help. No other costumers inside but they wanted to re-schedule two hours after scheduled time. Avlid this bank if you can.

  If you can try to avoid this location. No customer service whatsoever. Even the manager Daniel Torres was bluntly rude and argumentative.

  Workers are more friendly and knowledgeable at this location. They try to work as quickly as possible when the line gets long. They lose a star because i dont know why they have a number on google if they dont answer. It needs more improvement, either a call on wait option or a leave a voice mail option. Instead all i got was a message that everyone was busy and to call again later, followed by disconnection.

  NEAR any assistant in this location. Always a line, only one teller working and not a nice teller either... Place SUCKS ATM machines are cheaper than REAL PEOPLE. So the no assistance and the long lines is forcing you to USE the non human machines...

  Bea kroker the manager was supposed to help me with an issue on my account, she did the total opposite. Horrible experience with this bank chase needs to be more accurate on their employees.

  My son had to use the restroom super bad while I was waiting and he was dancing around so I asked if he could use a restroom and they said no and I tried to leave and take him somewhere but he didn't make it and had an accident.

  I love this bank .Nice friendly staff.Fast service.
