  The worst people to work with. our lender doesn't keep up with us as far as rates fluctuating, said they'll match rates then turn around and argue with us saying there are no lower rates when we found a lender with low rates, lacks communication, tells us there's nothing they can do for us. only contacts us when rate has made a really big jump.

  If I could give a negative rating it would be well earned from this company. We just spent a month jumping through hoops just for pre approval only for them to inform the home builder and everyone else except me and my wife that they denied the loan a month ago due to credit and underwriting. They are not in the best interest of the home buyer at all unless there is some special qualification that we are unaware of. Also as it turns out they sell their loan to other banks once closed. The only reason we considered rrmc for the GAURANTEED V.A. home loan was for the incentive package that's it, no other reason. Upon calling rrmc to verify the none funding of the loan we called our bank USAA and was approved in less than 5 minutes including credit and underwriting. Do yourselves a favor and just use your own bank or any other lender that has better knowledge of the mortgage industry you will have 10x less stress, headache, and frustration.

  If you can, go with a different lending company. They only see dollar signs, they dont care about the person at all. Especially if you're going with a VA loan, DONT GO WITH ROCKY. Theyll have you jumping through hoops trying EVERYTHING you can. They never update you, you have to call for updates. Save yourself the headache.
