  Dominic and team are great. I have a new business that does not yet have fully established credit but Rockway Mortgage was able to not only find a lender to help me finance multiple rental properties, but even get multiple lenders to provide offers, so that we had a choice of best financing options to choose from on terms that are more than reasonable. Highly recommend. A+

  Dominic and team made the process of buying our first home so easy. I knew very little about the application and approval process, and Dominic was there every step of the way to answer my many questions and make sure we felt comfortable with every detail. He welcomed my texts, emails, and calls all throughout the process...no matter how minor the question. Rockway Mortgage treated us like family and truly had our best interest at heart, which made the home buying process fun and far less stressful than anticipated. If you're looking for a quality partner to get you a great deal, Rockway is the way to go.

  Dominic and his team were really a pleasure to work with. With all the stress that comes with being a first time home owner Nanci was my personal stress absorber. Fantastic team! They got me the best rate and honestly unexpectedly lower than I expected. And I got approved for more than needed. They work smoothly with my real estate agent. Were also very prompt on follow ups, with my work schedule I use emails as a primary source of communication and I was very impressed with the prompt responses, convenience and the level of professionalism. Great experience overall.

  I recently relocated from Colorado to Ohio. I originally went with a big box lender. My home was already sold in Colorado, my wife put in her two weeks notice, we sold the majority of our household belongings, and we had my son enrolled in pre-school in our new state. About half way through the process my lender started making tons of errors, losing documents and the underwriting became a nightmare. We became very uncertain that our loan would make it. I fired the lender and called Rockway Mortgage to ask for help and explained the situation. They assured me that they could get the loan done and they did. It was incredibly easy and if not for them we would be either be renting or living in a hotel until we could find another home. Very thankful for everyone at Rockway Mortgage and we'll definitely use them again on future purchases.

  Dominic and Susan at Rockway made my first house purchase so much less stressful than I thought was possible. I had many, many questions, and almost all of my emails had replies in less than 10 minutes! I felt supported and well-informed at every step, and the team made sure to check in even after I closed. If you are a first-time home buyer, and are nervous about the process like I was, I would highly suggest this team to help you through it.

  Rockway mortgage is a very good mortgage company that work very hard to get u into a house in a very fashionable professional timely matter. They work with u through the whole 9 yards.   We used Rockway Mortgage to refinance. We had received other quotes but Rockway was able to beat them all and provide much better customer service. Dominic went out of his way to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process to get the mortgage that worked best for us. The process was incredibly efficient and stress-free.
