  These guys are terrible. The dealer setup my auto loan through them and I've tried without success several times to be setup on auto pay. They can't do it over the phone, or online. They have to send you paper forms like it's 1980 and you have to mail them back. So I agreed to that several times and they never sent me forms until the last time, which I sent back. Then they hit my credit report for 30 days past due without a call. Mind you I have 820 credit and haven't been late in my life.

  My whole family has had accounts with this bank since 2002 (well, the bank. This particular branch, since it opened.) The hours are convenient, they offer great services, there is rarely a line to wait in, and the tellers are friendly, patient and kind. I have always been a big fan of credit unions, and this one is especially great. I'm not sure the specifics, but I know that I get refunded for ATM fees charged by other banks! No special membership is required, and you just don't get rammed with charges the way you do at the big banks.

  I've been banking here since my first full time job, that was over 40 years ago, and still have the same account. I've banked from all over the world, bought many cars, borrowed on signature loans and finally rolled a 401k. These folks have been nothing less than professional the entire time!

  Cindy that works here was a huge help! I know at first it was annoying because I needed so much change back for my office. But she helped me get organized and gave exactly what I needed. She was so kind and helpful. Very appreciative for her patience and help today!

  Terrible customer service , Tellers need to learn too much about how to greet the bank customers , some of them , they have bad attitudes ,definitely I highly DO NOT recommend this bank to anyone

  Went there to get our rent check and it is not open thanks for not telling your value clients.no happy now i have to drive from Plymouth to marshfield to get my rent check not happy.your web sight said you were open.
